Step 5: Post-onboarding review


When: Ideally within 4 weeks from signature

Who:  Customer Lead + RD8. Manager 

Activity: A 1-hour online review

Purpose: Review the onboarding experience, address any remaining concerns, discuss future engagement, and ensure the customer is set up for long-term success.




Topics to be covered:


1.  Goal assessment

▢  a. Align on selected training efficiency

▢  b. Collect feedback 

▢  c. Align on next steps


2.  Agree on the first business review case (if recurring Robust Design commitment) 

▢  a. Align on projects to be analysed to validate outcome


3.  Agree on moving over to the next stage

▢  a. Agree on-boarding process is over and if next level academy is needed 

        (additional training is a paid service)

▢  b. System support is available on support@rd8.ai

▢  c. Contact persons for further dialogue is aligned - both ways
