Step 4: Hyper Care

When: Weekly after training day is completed (4 times, 30 days)

Who: Customer Lead + Customer Engineering Team + RD8 Manager (3-5 participants, each engineer should participate in a least two sessions for optimal learning)

Activity: A series of 1-hour online sessions dedicated to support engineering team with hands on Robust Design feedback on own CAD, platform tips & tricks, best practice and product advice.

Purpose:  Offer practical and dedicated support during the initial learning phase (30 days), address early challenges, and provide real-time assistance for smooth and effective Robust Design adoption. 




Topics to be covered:


1. Learning in the flow of work

▢  a. Platform tips and tricks

▢  b. Robust Design best practice and case examples

▢  c. Feedback on participants own iterations
