Step 2: Training Days



Activity: 2 half days of training, case-based learning on the Software

Goal:  Provide hands-on training, introduce key functionalities, practice on customer own CAD cases and equip the customer’s team with the necessary skills to use the software.


For a enhanced training experience, it's strongly recommended to use a dual screen set-up (or join collectively from a meeting room).


Preparation: All participants need to go through the following material





Agenda:

  1. Ensure all users can log-in to RD8 platform
  2. Onboarding - Kinematic and/or Tolerances
  3. Academy - Introduction and/or Foundation
  4. Overview of Help Center and support material
  5. Collect feedback from participants (last 5 minutes)
