Step 2: Plan & manage expectations


Purpose: Clarify objectives, settle training day(s) and hyper care dates and prepare for maximum success. 

Activity: 1-hour session (Online/onsite)

Who: Customer Lead + RD8. Customer Success Manager 

When: Within 1 week from signature. 



Topics to be covered:


1.  Manage expectations

▢  a. Recap Goals and objectives

▢  b. Recap commercial agreement


2. Plan sessions and activate participants

▢  a. Agree on training day (1 x 8 hours or 2 x 4 hours)

▢  b. Agree on hyper care sessions (4 x 1 hour)

▢  c. Agree on mandatory participants and activate (Up to 10) 

  1. Add participants to platform (RD8 Manager)
  2. Send calandar invitations to participants (Customer lead)
  3. Send pre-read to participants - requires login to platform (Customer lead).

▢  d. Agree on CAD examples for the training - from the project library.


3.  Book on-boarding review session (Post on-boarding)

▢  a. Book 1 hour call within 1 month, including: 

  • Customer Lead
  • RD8. Customer Success Manager
  • RD8. Sales Manager
