Step 2: Plan & manage expectations


Purpose: Clarify objectives, settle training day(s) and hyper care dates and prepare for maximum success. 

Activity: 1-hour session (Online/onsite)

Who: Customer Lead + RD8. Customer Success Manager 

When: Within 1 week from signature. 



Topics to be covered:


▢  a. Recap Goals and commercial agreement

▢  b. Schedule the Training days (1 x 8 hours or 2 x 4 hours)

▢  c. Schedule Hyper Care sessions (4 x 1 hour)

▢  d. Activate participants (Up to 10) 

  1. Add participants to the RD8 Software

  2. Send invitations to Trainings and Hyper Care

  3. Share pre-read (requires login to platform) - Playbook for Robust Design + the RD8. Platform

▢  e. Agree on company cases for the training and Hyper Care (recommended)

▢  f. Book on-boarding review session (1 hour call after the Hyper Care, Involving main stakeholders)
