- Mutual introduction
- Recap goals, objectives & deal scope (Academy, Platform, Services)
- Overview of the Onboarding process
- Collect: (use the RD8 Onboarding template -v1 attached below)
- Dates for the Training and the Hyper Care
- On-boarding participants
- Cases to be analysed during Training and Hyper Care
- Align on NDA agreements - (if relevant)
- Book Onboarding review session
Post meeting:
- Schedule the Training days (2 x 4 hours)
- Schedule Hyper Care sessions (30 days recurring sessions)
- Activate participants online
- Add participants to the RD8 Software
- Share preparatory materials - Training Days - Preparation
- Choose company cases for the Onboarding (highly recommended)
