Step 1: Kick off and Planning - Set-up

Activity: 1 hr Call to clarify process and plan the Onboarding steps.


Goal: Clarify objectives, settle Training days and Hyper Care dates and prepare for maximum success.




Agenda:

  1. Mutual introduction
  2. Recap goals, objectives & deal scope (Academy, Platform, Services)
  3. Overview of the Onboarding process
  4. Collect: (use the RD8 Onboarding template -v1 attached below)
    • Dates for the Training and the Hyper Care
    • On-boarding participants
    • Cases to be analysed during Training and Hyper Care
  5. Align on NDA agreements - (if relevant)
  6. Book Onboarding review session


Post meeting: 

  • Schedule the Training days (2 x 4 hours)
  • Schedule Hyper Care sessions (30 days recurring sessions)
  • Activate participants online
  • Add participants to the RD8 Software
  • Share preparatory materials - Training Days - Preparation
  • Choose company cases for the Onboarding (highly recommended)
